Valet Parking ZTL
Drive to us — we handle the rest
Florence's historic centre is a restricted traffic zone. Our valet collects your vehicle at the ZTL boundary, parks it at our partner garage minutes from the Relais, and returns it at your chosen time. No fines, no complications.

The olfactory signature of your room
Choose the scent of your room from a collection of five artisan Florentine fragrances: Florentine iris, Tuscan cypress, white tea, Mediterranean fig, and Chianti rosemary. Each essence is crafted by an Oltrarno perfumer and transforms the atmosphere of your room within minutes.

La Corte Segreta
Hidden at the heart of the 15th-century palazzo lies a secret that few know: our inner courtyard, a garden suspended between pietra serena walls that have witnessed six centuries of Florentine history. A place that appears in no guidebook, that cannot be found on Google Maps, but that every one of our guests carries in their heart.
La Corte Segreta is accessible exclusively to Relais guests, at any hour of the day. Breakfast in the open air, afternoon reading, sunset aperitivo under the lemon trees. The capriccio of having a private garden in the heart of Florence.

- How do the exclusive services work?
- Every service can be activated by contacting reception before or during your stay. We recommend sharing your preferences — Pillow Menu, Fragrance Menu, Art Concierge — at the time of booking, so everything is ready at check-in.
- How do I request the Art Concierge?
- Contact our reception or write to info@relais-lacapricciosa.com. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for museum bookings, and 48 hours for after-hours private visits and meetings with Oltrarno artisans.
- Is there an additional charge for Valet Parking ZTL?
- Yes, there is a daily service fee covering collection at the ZTL boundary, parking at our partner garage, and return of your vehicle. Please ask for the rate card at check-in or email us before arrival.
- Can I change my pillow or fragrance during my stay?
- Absolutely. The Pillow Menu and Fragrance Menu can be changed every day. Call reception at any time and a member of our team will reach your room within 15 minutes.
